That's a very good decision from the church. Rubbish! Some girls have really lacked religious morals. If they had the chance to go unclothed to church, they will. They think RCCG is Streams of Joy international where people dress so ungodly to the house of God. If you talk they will say serving God is in the heart & not the way you dress. People always looking for an excuse to justify their indecency. Like they always say; "The way you dress addresses you." If you dress responsibly to church, it shows you have deep respect for the house of God, it shows you have value & regard for your body & personality. Please don't tell me it doesn't matter, it does. So just shut up with that useless excuse of yours. The energy you use to dress indecently, why not also use that same energy to dress decently.
