There's this old picture of my mum that I need a professional photo editor to work on. The picture quality is very low, not clearly seen, black and white and a little blurred. This is the only picture of my late mum I could get hold of because she passed on while I was a baby.

I need someone who can perfect this picture with appropriate colours that will look exactly like my mum as seen in the picture. I can't share the picture online because it's very important to me and I don't want it go viral like that.
