The Role
The Business & Operation's Manager will be directly responsible for the Business Delivery. You will lead other staff members to ensure the successful day to day running of the operations. You will organize meetings and be responsible for secretariat duties, noting & maintaining records of key actions and decisions. You will be the first point of contact with clients and key businesses and liaise with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
• Proactively support the Business Delivery to ensure that all operational activity is operating to maximum efficiency.
• Support Operational performance against its agreed key performance indicators. You will effectively capture this data and ensure the proper documentation for review and reporting.
• Own relevant secretariat duties with internal meetings and Operations Boards. You will note key actions and/or decisions for the team to take forward.
• Manage the operational and learning space, ensuring that things are done in a professional and timely manner.
• Support the Marketing Team with liaising across clients to help raise the profile of the company and its capabilities.
• Role is in Port Harcourt

It is essential that candidates:
• Have the ability to communicate effectively at all levels through multiple channels
• Are self-motivated, have professional approach and take initiative to your own workload
• Have great attention to detail and organizational skills
• Have strong written & verbal communication with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Are proficient in Microsoft Office and other office tools.
• Support other business arm such as Marketing, Training, Human Resource and Technical.
• Good knowledge of developing contracts documentations and bidding process.
