You should have stated what the pay in coy B is so we can understand the situation well and advice and beside what do you work as in coy A and coy B?

both on the island...... coy A has no growth prospect whatsoever..

coy A is 80k. with accommodatn and one time feeding. I do office assistant, and so many things here and i dont even get rest on public holiday

coy B is 110k no accomodatn nor feeding. i will be taking a customer service role

Its simple, minus 80k from the 110k, you will get 30k times Is by 12months = 360k it 360k can get you a room on the island then go for coy B but if not..... But Just know that transport and accommodation can swallow that 110k leaving you with nothing if care is not taken

Hello guys, I started a job with company A late last year on the island (lekki). Although the agreed salary was 100k but for a start was 70k to be reviewed after 3 months. Then I started handling other responsibilities and still yet salary was not reviewed for like 6 months. Later, my boss increased my salary to 90k because he was pleased with my performance. Note that coy A provides accommodation and one time feeding (accommodation is giving because it is a hotel, so we can look for cleaners office to sleep, not really comfortable but I don't have any problem with).

I just got another job with company B on the island (lekki) also and the salary is slightly more than coy B and I feel I can grow more in coy B. But the problem with coy B is that there is no accommodation. Guys how do I do this? I really want to take this coy B job but the accommodation is an issue.

Coy A is not really formal and anything goes anyhow, sometimes my Oga dey blast me steady but I don't actually mind as long as i do my job but my concern is growth and what if he wakes up one day and say leave my work. I have witness few staffs go like that though..

Except you can get a better job than B from A. You ONLY have to go with B. Growth is essential in a man's life. Look for a place to put up or leave for work very early.
Go with B. Gather experience and move above the ladder. From customer service, you can delve into other areas of the business.
