I got the above alert about an hour ago. I never applied for any loan and didn't ever remember having their app or registering there.

I quickly searched out their app Oknaira and sent a mail to their address. I was told I registered there last year February but didn't apply for loan. I was told the system must have disbursed when my quota was calculated and that I can't returned the money without the interest. I am to pay back 120,240 in 6days time was their response.

No mobile line to call, no rep, when I replied that their money has been returned to them immediately they simply said I should wait to be disgrace.... Adding that I had better do and do business with the money before the 7days is passed.

The most painful part is that he NEVER applied for any loan.

Op, has nothing to fear if truely he never applied at any time as stated. The loan company is just using twisted logic to force loans on innocent people with hope that if they use the loans, they will get the interest on the long run. However, that is joke too far from the company as that method will soon put them in trouble that will make government to ban them.

When the arassement is too much, first warn them you will report them to police or appropriate government agency so they can come and tell you how you applied and where you signed to consent to loan disbursement. It is a new fraudulent trick to force people to accept loans they never applied for, it could only catch the greedy fellows, but can also put the loan company in trouble sooner than expected

That's not an excuse. He might have registered with them in time passed. Like before you see the amount you can be given, you have to register those details and after registration, you can decide not to take the loan.

Then after a long time, the app can just disburse cash to you at will. It happened with me some years ago and I had to redownload the app and message them immediately and returned their cash.

These guys are scammers. I wonder what the government is doing about it.

A friend of mine borrowed a small amount of money, paid back on the due date, I was on my own when I got a WhatsApp message that my friend attaching his picture is an HIV patient that ran away from hospital

I knew they were loan company immediately and called my friend who didn’t even know what was going on until I told him what’s up.

My stand is, borrow money and pay but you see this situation, I will eat the money and enjoy it and wait for the outcome cos I know what they’ll still do if I don’t add the interest..
