Theres something fundamentally wrong and disturbing about judges in Rivers State courts both at the Federal Courts and State high courts.

The news broke this afternoon that all the primaries conducted by the APC in Rivers State has been nullified by one of those clowns masquerading as judges in Rivers State.

The judge ground for nullifying the primaries was that the APC caretakerCommittee of Buni was unknown to law and therefore can't organise a lawful primaries.

Clearly many of these so- called Judge's are clowns and irritants.

There is an existing judgement of the Supreme Court to the effect that Buni was not a substantive Chairman and that there was no evidence they earned double salaries, that they acted in an Adhoc capacity.

This is why the nominations for APC elective positions sent by the Buni EXCO were accepted by INEC.

In spite of this subsisting and settled decision, some funny judges ignore the precedent and proceed to deliver Jankara rulings.

How can a judge even in the face of the extant provisions of the Amended Electoral Act and the cannons of democracy go ahead to disqualify all the candidates of a political party.

The same scenario played out shamelessly in 2019.

People are commenting without knowing the onus of the judgement.

The judge will be sanctioned by the NJC. Uf we go by the grounds for wich the judge delivered his judgement, then APC would not participate in the 2023 general election.

Im optimistic that the Appeal court and or supreme court will quash the judgement.

The judgement can't stand. I also urge the APC to petition the judge who delivered the judgement immediately to the NJC.

This judges in Rivers state can never learn

Khana,gokana,tai,eleme,opobo,oyigbo

How many Ogonis are in Oyigbo and Opobo??

Delusion no go allow you see clearly. Sim Fubara is from Opobo and because of that Chris Finebone decamped to PDP.

Ikwerre people will vote for Fubara and Oyigbo normally follow Ikwerre voting pattern.

So I wonder if Riverine people will leave Fubara and vote for Ogoniman?

Magnus will only get localised ogoni votes. Nothing more.

It is easier for you to call your attack the truth because you're involved. Anyway whatever that suits you.

I asked him to list the LGAs Magnus Abe can win and you reply by writing nonsense.

I don't need uneducated people quoting me.

What did you labelled him with? Ethnic sentiment should not blind your judgement. Make your comments and move on, after all election is not won on the social media. Simple. No more word with you, most educated.

Shey you people don't understand the democratic process in this country? Isn't it only INEC that has the power to take someone off the ballot? Forget this talk about second option and just vote who you intended to vote for. Tonye Cole is still very much the APC gubernatorial candidate and is still very much on the ballot, abi you think them too they won't be going to court to challenge the verdict? For now let's just make informed decisions counting him as a candidate until INEC says otherwise.

Kalabari may vote sim[/quote]
