So, Now, He is first going to destroy it, then take it back from them

Then in the next new world which replaces this He shall destroy, He Would rule the people of the world, Himself (Direct Rule)!

In ancient times the word "KINGDOM" refers to a RULERSHIP or GOVERNMENT under a KING.
The first time God established it on planet earth was during the time He demanded the release of Israelites from Egypt so He can take them to Canaan and RULE over them.
This rulership will be managed through the laws He handed over to the Israelites through Moses. But both Moses and the Israelites are imperfect humans so a perfect human is expected to lead by example putting God's word to fulfilment in the perfect sense.
That's why God told the Israelites that they're not to expect perfection through the Mosaic laws because they're only reading it there is no perfect human who will live by it in a perfect sense. But when the perfect man arrives all faithful people throughout the earth must obey him {Genesis 49:10; Deuteronomy 18:18} Jesus confirmed that he is that perfect human {John 14:6} though his people thought he is abolishing the laws because his application seems strange to them so he publicly told them that his application is not to abolish God's laws but to fulfill it in a perfect sense! Matthew 5:17


Jesus came to train only the Israelites who already have God's laws how to apply it in the best practically way {Matthew 10:6; 15:24} then after the Israelites have gotten the sense of God's standard they're to teach all other nations God's law and it's practical application {Matthew 28:19-20; Act 1:8} of course majority will object no matter how obvious it's benefits {Matthew 5:11-12} so Jesus told his disciples not to drag anything with objectors all they need to do is make sure they reach all people {Matthew 10:14-15} by the time Jesus began his GOVERNMENT (KINGDOM) under God's direction {Matthew 6:10} all objectors will be totally EXTERMINATED! Luke 19:27 compare to Psalms 37:9-11; Proverbs 2:20-22


So God's Kingdom is a government that will be headed by a perfect ruler (Jesus Christ) the law enforcement agents aren't humans {John 18:53 compare to John 18:36} since the agents who will enforce the laws aren't from this planet but angels under God's direction it is fittingly called God's kingdom: God's Government!

It is a "condition" that starts in the hearts of those who understand their Bible (as opposed to in the hearts of 'Christians' who tend to merely believe).

In that sense it is the peace one feels inside one even when tribulations and storms are raging at one

I said it is a condition or state of things that starts in the those who understand their book.

Even the text you posted says it starts with repentance, which is a thing done by humans.

For repentance corrects the will; and if ye will not repent through fear of evil, at least ye may for the pleasure of good things; hence He says, the kingdom of heaven is at hand; that is, the blessings of the heavenly kingdom.

The good things start as peace of mind on earth. And those who do the things that bring - from the abundance of their hearts - peace on earth, are the ones who receive the blessings of the heavenly kingdom right here on earth.

When Jesus died on the cross, he said he was going to paradise.
The garden of eden also called paradise(due to translation) is located in the middle east.

And hell is a English word, these just shows the influence of roman mythology in your New Testament, no wonder the jews rejected it

Did you not read that He is The Most High Ruler in Psalm 2 or Psalm 24?

That is why we say "His kingdom has no end" for it has already begun.

It is inside of us and all around us, those who are born-again. Even though we live in this world, we are no longer of this world because we are made beings of eternal life by virtue of being born-again - gaining access to the Kingdom of God. As a result, when our time in this world ends, we continue to live in the Kingdom of God.

Those who are not born-again do not have the Kingdom of God and exist only in this world - the earth in this case. And their end also ceases when their time on this earth is over.
