That letter was written by a Nigerian, not an American. There are subtle differences in grammar structure and use of words that are different with Americans. If you have studied and lived a long time in America you will immediately know that this letter was written by a Nigerian. I am not saying it is fake, I am only saying it is written by a Nigerian.
