Since three days now I've been feeling this sharp pain at my penis(pain coming from inside). The sharp pain is momentarily, like after 10 to 30 seconds. It's not swollen and looks normal to me.

How it started.

I masturbate sometimes, I won't lie about that. I do it mostly when I'm stressed or having trouble sleeping. It practical helps whenever I'm depressed.

So last three days I wanted to study but was very depressed. I entered the bath, normally I use non irritable cream but that day I used my liquid soap cos I just wanted to get it over with.

Ever since that moment I've been having sharp pain that won't stop. My bet is that the soup enter my penis, I can't even find a suitable explanation on Google. I don't have money for hospital.

Please advice me on what to do. If a related thing has ever happened to you pls tell me how you got rid of it.
I can't cope with my studies with this pain.

Please I need a concrete advice from whoever it has happened to before. I've not had sex before so I don't think it's STD.
