Good afternoon All, i use the Fairmoney App Platform as a secondary bank to Carry out my monetary transactions (receiving and sending) money.

On the 23rd of October I tried carrying out transactions sending money to 2 different account numbers and to also buy airtime, none of the transactions were successful.

Fastward, I reached out to them via phone calls and email all they were saying was that the monies have all been refunded.

How can u claim I have been refunded when it's not reflecting on my App dashboard?

Is there a better way to go about this as I seem to have exhausted all possible channels?

Infact this whole thing started on the 22nd not even 23rd of October.

They might have taken action to refund the Money but the payment gateway is the one delaying.

Message them again and exercise patience till it reflects.

That was what prompted me to come here o!
I also left my displeasure on their playstore review.

I am still been tossed around by Fairmoney.

They claimed I have been refunded but there's nothing like that.
