What rubbish is this? If Obi was a visionary leader who was effective, the scheme will still be running by now. Obi does not know how to establish and sustain any program. All the schemes Tinubu created are still alive and kicking. Tinubu ensured they were sustained. Thats a true effective leader.

Why Tinubu's programmes are still in tact today is that he is the alpha and omega of Lagos politics. If you don't play by his rules, he will boot you out. We know what almost happened to Fashola and how it finally happened to Ambode.

While sustaining the legacies of past leaders is good, no sane Nigerian should be encouraging godfatherism in politics. Leaders must be free and allowed to implement their policies and programs to the best of their ability.
