Normally you’ll be sent To Europe for 6 months training, you’ll write an exam that’ll help the company review what department you’d be suitable to work in.

After the 6 months training, you’ll go on a rotation plan throughout the various Areas and teams in the industry, Areas A to E, Workshop team, operations, monitoring etc. then after three years you’ll be assigned a permanent space.

30million Naira is the initial payment for first month in Europe, then 1 million subsequently.
