You're sexualizing the issue. At that point/juncture there is not sexual about the vagina, Its the womb. So free or not, he's family and a professional so why not ?

it's not even about the man,the woman will never be comfortable with the bro of her hubby to even be her gynaecologist...some women in more organized clans even reject male gynaecologist,only want a female gynaecologist and they get their wish granted....so I don't think any woman will agree to having a bro of her hubby or even her own brother as her gynecologist... Except no option and they are very very broke to afford a government hospital which in this case is even free(so no excuse,the woman won't agree even if the man is cool with it)...but for me as a man,I won't agree
