A friend of mine is having monetary issues and wants to sell this Dodge nitro for N2.3m.

I want to pay for the car on the 12th of this month, but I have my worries and it includes:

1. How reliable Is the Dodge car product?
2. Are Dodge parts easily found in the Market?
3. Is the price worth it? If not
4. What better car can I get for same amount range?

Little by little ,american vehicles are making their way into the nigerian market but finding regular service parts around like your regular toyota and honda may not be easy ,that is not to say you cannot enjoy the use of this cars ,all you may need could be a source of service parts direct from usa ,parts like fuel pump,brke pads ball joints should be gotten before they start having issues,then yiu can also read up online for review of such cars before purchase

I used to love this car.

That's American vehicle. Sure d Jeep is a nice vehicle. D parts are available! I deal in American vehicle spare parts (lights, bumper, fender, front grill, etc.). There are sellers that deal in other parts of American cars such as engine, body parts, etc. I will ask engine dealers tomorrow about d functionality of the Jeep.

Look for a car buy advise thread created by heavenlybang and nurey, those guys are good at help with car purchase advise

It's a good off roader, I will give it that, nibble to drive and quick but the cars it's related to aren't all that reliable and extremely scarce pressence on road(liberty, Cherokee and wrangler). Buy if you have competent hands for it.
