Your Brand is no longer what you tell people you are or what you want them to believe BUT their perception of who you are and what they'd tell others you are.

Politicians have always been known as the human chameleon. They easily adapt and take up the "color" of the environment they find themselves.

Tinubu, no doubt is a thoroughbred Nigerian politician or political chameleon, I should say.
The cliché "politics is a dirty game" is not alien to any Nigerian of voting age.
When it comes to playing, my apologies, fighting dirty, even the sitting President (Buhari) is afraid of Tinubu.

So , you see why Tinubu struts around and believes he would win the 2023 Presidential elections.

But to any realist, we are in a different time. A time that Nigerians seem to want a leader not a taskmaster. A time every Nigerian seemed to be interested in Righteousness- doing things right.

A time when some electorates have become better in deceit/politics than our official human chameleons. They collect inducement and still vote against you.
Ex-governor Oyetola was the first "victim" though he still believes he could use the appellate courts.
The electorates have "chopped and cleaned the mouths".

However APC and Tinubu loyalists want to play down the Osun debacle, it was a big blow against Tinubu. It was a gang-up against his dictatorial tendencies.
One of his prodigies, Ogbeni Rauf Aregbesola, even celebrated it openly.

Now, more than ever,Tinubu should prepare for a bigger gang-up.
He is busy campaigning along ethnic lines and creating schism amongst Oodua groups he believes are against him. Many are quiet but would extract their pound of flesh.

He has forgotten the Muslim-Muslim ticket, he has forgotten those who believe he is highhanded, he has forgotten ...he has forgotten

Tinubu can't afford this fight.

A Lion, they say, can't be greater than the jungle.

cool

Baby political Analyst

APC were able to pull a massive 375,027 votes with weak performance occassioned by Aregbesola's over borrowing for 8 years, the gang up and Facing off with the Billionaire Adeleke Family of Ede

PDP polled 403,371 to lead with just 30,000 votes

Subject to INEC review over voting were recorded in PDP strong hold and that would be proves in court

During ACN vs PDP era Aregbesola's first term the case we're similar and settled in court

Oyetola"s first term also had same issue of staggered election due to vote cancellation

All this election ACN and APC won Presidential election

It up to the tribunals to determine as was the case in Aregbesola's first term against PDP

This has never stopped Osun from voting massively for ACN and APC Presidential candidate as Governorship is about personality and not Party
