Job Title: Social Media Marketer

Job Summary

o Planning, implementing, managing and monitoring our company's Social Media strategy in order to increase brand awareness.
o Improve online marketing efforts and increase sales.
o Manage Tariyaa Travel social media accounts.
Responsibilities
o Managing the company's social media accounts and drive visibility
o Reviewing social media campaigns
o Creating content
o Scheduling approved posts
o Monitoring social media activity
o Developing marketing strategies for all our social media accounts.
o Stay up to date with latest social media best practices and technologies
o Collaborate with Marketing, Sales and Product Development teams
o Curate and manage all published content (images, video, written).
o Develop and expand community and/or influencer outreach efforts.
o Design, create and manage promotions and social ad campaigns, being sure to integrate with company’s overall marketing campaign plan and channels.
o Provide creative ideas for content marketing through SM to increase brand awareness.
o Prepare online newsletters and promotional emails and organize their distribution through various channels.
o Adhere to rules and regulations

Skills/Qualifications

o Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, Instagram, and other social media best practices
o Excellent multitasking skills
o Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
o Excellent writing and copywriting skills
o Excellent communication skills
o Excellent written and spoken English
o Video editing (Tiktok, Reels)
o Photo editing skills
o Good photography skills
o Social media management skills
o Graphic design skills
o PR knowledge
o Marketing skills
o Extremely organized and sharp
o High emotional intelligence
o Knowledge of video editing will be an added advantage.

Requirements:

o Minimum of 2 years’ experience
Key Specialties:
o Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices
o Knowledge of Web analytics and creative content writing
o Hands-on experience with video and photo editing software and email campaigns.
