Bro, I was like you in the past.

I started seeing the world differently and began cherishing the little moments I spend with friends and family.

I remembered being very depressed at 22 and mehn it wasn't easy. If you tell people your problems they'd laugh at you as though it is nothing. I decided to grab the bull by it's horn and be in charge of my life. Please don't believe everything you see on social media.

I turned 25 yesterday and I must say I'm seeing the world differently now, I appreciate the blessings coming my way and cherish every moment spent with friends and family and I'm no longer depressed for things beyond my control.

You must fight any challenge you face, that's how you'd grow.

Secondly start being social ,go for social events
Talk to a stranger ,not in a creepy way tho

Thirdly change ur mindset ,our minds are our biggest enemies . The voices in your head aren’t real. Fill ur mind with positivity and don’t think just do it.
