talk2hb1: Lol! If it's cut and lay house yes it will but just know it won't take it past lintel. That is a cut and lay house. But if it's a normal quality standard house, where they don't economise materials, have a rethink. My bro is building a quality 3 bed bungalow, all those types with parapet design, security doors, tall roofs with stone coated roofing sheet. 28 millions naira has already gone down. Still yet to complete it. Though they have done the roofing, German flooring, plumbing, electrical and P.O.P. 38 million Naira will enter the house. That's why I said if it is cut and lay, then even that 7 million won't take it past lintel stage. House materials had skyrocketed. This is not 2015 o. We are in 2022 where many things had gone up. 1 Like |

SavageResponse: Don't mind the guy. This is how they deceive people into going into projects with too much high expectations and will end up not completing it. That 7 million Naira for a quality house, won't raise the house past foundation. This is with both filling o. Even cut and lay house will gulp 5million naira to raise it past foundation. Let alone a quality house where they don't economise materials. The one my bro is building, has already swallowed 28 million Naira. Though it's nearing completion. And the budget is 38 million Naira. |

asuraking:economy is going low n u are telling him to save in bank, don’t u know your 5 million today is equivalent to 1 million in next 5 years As for op,the best advice I will give u is that u should invest in landed properties since your online biz is still paying A plot of land bought with 1 million today will b sold for a minimum of 3 million next year n same thing if u build an house n rent it out Look for a university around n build an hostel,no matter d situation of things students will always rent house,no matter how expensive your hostel is those yahoo students will rent it Imagine a student environment where a room self con is 100 n someone decided to build that same thing n peg it at 250k n many rented it as status quo not minding They even brag about staying in an hostel of 250 when they themselves know they have been duped |

Hopemanfx:I admire your courage to have come out and seek for advise on a faceless forum like this, I want to believe your money is not in naira secondly you would be an FX trader by the side, however, There are two business I can advise, look out for penny stocks that has not so much value at the moment and buy Into, secondly, landed properties such as houses don't depreciate they only appreciate provider it is in a place with good potentials of expanding in few years to come, you can. equally get a land for yourself and Start building little by little so you don't keep spending on rent age and lastly, find a way to do automated trading probably in currencies so you can retire early. MaY God give you wisdom to navigate. |
