Stay way from this man I repeat stay away from him. He claims his site is in a thick forest then refuses to send you construction plans or even pictures of the so called foundation he claims is on ground, then gives you no address and ask you to call a number to get to the site.
Hmmm hope it's not what am thinking coz the last time this exact thing happened my enemy escaped being used for ritual.

Engineers, charge him and make sure he gives you mobilization fee so his name can be on your bank account transfer history should anything happen, to get enough information from him if you like your head!!!

You contacted me offering your services & claiming to be a civil structural engineer. I gave you the load-down of what is at stake. Told you to first visit the site, do some visibility/physical inspection of the project and we'd then proceed from there.

You asked for the type of structure, I sent you the finsihed building in animation but you wanted more. I gave you my Artisan number to ask any question, but then you proceeded to asking him to send you the plan of the building without my knowledge.

You planned visiting the site on Monday, & I gave you the site Engr number. I specifically told you where to highlight when you get to the state. Also told you to call the Engr for direction to the site. What more do you want?

You all of a sudden started ranting on WhatsApp after I refused divulging sensitive information to you. Haven't met you before & cant give out so much. You went ahead beating your chest that your project (not mine) will collapse. I am a man of integrity, substance and have too much going on for me than to indulge in foul play with hungry peasant like you.

You claimed you own your car and can drive to the location, yet wanting mobilization fee?. I don't know you and cant do that. Get to the site first. Let everyone sees you. Let us see your work or what you're capable of. We then negotiate. What if I sent you money and you didn't show up? I don't know you.

My advise for you, learn to be patient, learn to be more professional, and learn to always have positive vibes. You have negative aura around and I pray the good Lors to replace them with a good one for you.
