It seems more refinery projects will be coming to Africa, where fossil fuel will be relevant for a long time as it's being phased out in the western world. Ofunaofu: Its like they mis quoted the governor , I don't think Ogun state can consumer 70% quoted here on petroleum products produced in Nigeria because if this is true how many % does Lagos , kano and the rest of the country consume |
