Someone who is just two month on a job, applied to work in our company
Why do employees do like this is it about MONEY or MOTIVATION?
Just two month on the job you want leave and join x company
The current company has not even recovered rom the time, energy & resources invested in hiring you
Even if you have the best of credentials, I will not hire you because you will do the same thing when you join x company

The Grass is not always greener on the other side.

LOOK BEFORE YOU LEAP.

A huge salary sometimes gets you into trouble, you might end up in a super-toxic culture worse than where you left off.

Recently someone reached out to me to help with a job, she got an offer in which the salary was 5 times bigger than her previous one. She had worked in a particular organisation for 7 years it was good till she resigned and joined the new company in Lekki.

After 3-month salary stopped being consistent, and she started noticing something fishy is wrong with the organisation. To cut the long story short, the office was only a facade covering up the MD's fraudulent practices. He uses employees to work after 3 months he will not pay them, if they like they should stay or if they like to leave; their problem. Police kept showing up in the office almost every month to look for the MD for questioning for people he has duped all in the name of Real Estate.

She left after 9 months, it's been 1 year since she has been job hunting, but no job yet, it had been one of the most frustrating years for her.

Be extremely careful when changing jobs, they might offer you a mega salary but cannot pay you consistently.
