All Paul letter was to the Israelite scattered abroad teaching the commandments and bringing both the northern and southern kingdom together in the gospel of Christ, he also never ceased to warn us concerning the danger of going after the the philosophy of then Rome and Greece and those that had their doctrines and customs in their head which was what the Pharisee back then upheld.

Paul's letters were to the israelites scattered abroad by God Himself to all tribes, all languages and all Nations of the earth? Or to the jews who lived in the particular cities/towns indicated in his letters?

No one is saying that Jesus was born on the 25th of December, the fixed date of his birth celebration has been accepted by Christians world wide for the record and that is the most important thing to Christians, not necessarily the date 25th December
