The National Chairman of the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA), Victor Oye, on Friday, expressed confidence that the party would win the 2023 presidential election. “APGA is not a local party. We are going to win the election in 2023. You will see it. I know you would be wondering how it’s going to happen. Don’t forget that it is God that makes kings.
