THE FACE OF MY LOVE I stare at the ceiling But it's too dark to see. The night passes slowly - He's not here with me. I hear the clock ticking In time with my heart - These are my nights Since we've been apart. The face of my love Is always in sight, Especially during Each lonely night. I stare at the ceiling So dark up above All I can see Is the face of my love. |
