Just few days ago, I came up here looking for a structural engineer. Many people contacted me via my personal number. I picked @CivilEngineer90 as he was the first to WhatsApp me. I told him of the project and why I needed his input.

Provided him with the site Engineer and Artisan phone numbers for further information about the project. He requested to see the project in picture, & I sent him a 3D picture of what he asked for. He demanded to see the plan and all, I told him when he gets to the site that the site Engr would avail him all he wanted to see.

He didn't object to it, but he then sent me messages requesting for mobilization fees and other stuff. Told him when he gets to the site, that'd be sorted since he claimed he drives.

He asked for the address & direction of the site, I told him to call the site Engr. I went further telling him that when he gets to the location, he should just put a call across to either the Engr or the bricklayer, that they'd come pick him up. He ignored me and called the Bricklayer demanding to see the plan of the project. The Bricklayer refused and told him to come to the site first, since they haven't met before.

I then went through our messages on WhatsApp & deduced some bad vibes with him. I didn't like his approach and aggressiveness. He was very pushy and impatient. I saw some manipulations of words with him. I knew he was going to be a bad influence on the site and decided to halt him from going to the site.

I contacted another engineer and gave him the job. @CivilEngineer90 has since been going on social platforms including this one calling me a ritualist and many names. He went to my WhatsApp profile, took my picture and posted it on his page. Seun has deleted many of his posts, but he's still going about doing harm.

He threatened my Engr and Artisan that they'd be arrested for ritual killings. He's only been on the platform Since September 2022 (2 months).

I'm seeking Seun or the moderators indulgence to pls stop this guy from further putting my pictures all over. If he's so pained that I'm not using him for the project again, I'll compensate him, since he's that hungry.

did you even read through what he just wrote or you are so eager to respond without thinking. Someone asked me to go from Lagos all the way down to ibadan, without showing me what I want to go and do on site, without no pictures, no plans, no layout nothing. Are you even okay at all, and you are trying to sound like you have Sense. This man is a kidnapper and his details have been forwarded to the authorities. So if you send me plans of the work you wanted me to come to I will now sell your land right, or dropping the address of where you want me to come means the property is no longer yours? If you are that foolish I'm not.

Let anyone read through what he just wrote and tell me there's no red flag there. Asking someone to come to your site inter-state. Maybe you are new to Construction and that was your first time hearing mobilization fee.
I already wanted to come a colleague stopped me and started laying out all the errors in the conversation. Immediately you refused to drop the full address I knew something was fishy. You are a ritualist!!!

Any Engneer will first ask for pictures and videos of any project site even before visiting, what does WhatsApp and Facebook video calls exist for or are you telling me the phone you have there doesn't do a video call? God will expose you and your gang.

why did you Instantly delete the picture from our chat history and unsent every message you sent me, I didn't even know WhatsApp had such a feature which proves you have been in this business a very long time. A picture totally different from the brief you said to me. Will a screenshot of the plan kill you to share with someone you claim to want to give the contract? I called your bricklayer and he said not even a single block on ground that he wasn't even there for a foundation, when he started saying something else different then I knew something is happening and I had to be cautious.

Good morning @CivilEngineer , i just saw this thread as i was mentioned in it by @Paris10.

Having Gone through the previous message let me clear the air.

First @paris10 is LEGIT and happens to be one of my BEST clients in terms of sincerity & capability. He contracted me to do a design for him late 2020, location ibadan which i did, however due to some misunderstandings, The engineer on site was removed.

I am quite surprised seeing you call him a ritualist as this is someone i have worked for.
Don't blame him if he decided against working with you, and at the same time i don't blame you if you felt something is off as i too have once evaded the clutch of kidnappers ( especially on NL) . However i am here to state that @paris10 is a legit property developer please desist from calling him derogatory names and kindly take down all false publications you did about him.thanks
