Role: Business Development Executive
Reports to: Head, SME
Industry: Telecommunication service company
Remuneration: N160,000/month

Job Objective
The holder of this role will be responsible for delivering on his/her set targets. S/he is expected to identify and create strategies and business plans for clients’ acquisition, towards achieving sales/aiding the growth of the organization’s market share.

Responsibilities
• Develop yearly target/sales forecast to align with the corporate sales objective
• Develop the marketing mix strategies, towards achieving its set target.
• Regularly report on sales/marketing activities
• Ensure submission of both weekly/monthly reports/plan
• Actively work on the achievement of his/her sales and marketing objectives in line with corporate business objective.
• Promptly raises invoices for services rendered
• Actively follow up on invoices raised until payments are received
• Efficiently manage the organization’s resources in its care/generally in use
• Ensure delightful and dependable relationship management with customers
• Ensure retention of both old and new customers
• Deliver customers/prospects’ proposals/requests in a timely manner
• Regularly gather intelligent reports on both customers and competitors’ activities
• Carry out of first level vetting of customers’/prospects responses to service level agreements
• Ensure current/binding SLAs with customers

Candidate’s specification
• HND/University degree in Humanities or Social Sciences
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the marketing and sales function.
• Business Development/ Technical Sales management experience
