Peter Obi: "Soludo Is A Betrayer Of The Igbo Nation" - Prof. Osuji / Buhari Receives Chile Eboe-Osuji, President Of ICC / Buhari Hosted By Chile Eboe-Osuji, President Of International Criminal Court (2) (3) (4)

I am thoroughly embarrassed about the level of hostility being exhibited by our brother and friend Prof Charles Soludo towards Peter Obi. He cannot claim to be self-made. People like us participated in making him. I was Pro-Chancellor and Chairman of Council at the University of Nigeria when his papers came for approval for professorship. I could have found reason to withhold or deny assent, but we put him out and praised his work. That made President Obasanjo appoint him Economic Adviser without hesitation. Three years later, three of us Dr Ngozi Okonjo Iweala, Oby Ezekwesili and I were attending a conference in Brussels when President Obasanjo called Ngozi Okonjo Iweala who was Finance Minister to ask for the nomination of Governor of Central Bank. We gave a unanimous vote for Prof Charles Soludo...Ministers of Finance, Education and Due Process. As Ndigbo we were proud to support our brother. He was not the sole candidate. Obasanjo gave him the position. Everyone rejoiced. That was the power of Umunna. Years later, I cannot imagine the same person who benefitted resoundingly from the support of Umunna being the one to pull down his own brother who is enjoying overwhelming support elsewhere. I am truly ashamed of him. Ndigbo should not allow Soludo to get away with this. He should be made to withdraw all his damaging statements against Obi. There is still time for him to reverse himself in this matter. Ndigbo must not allow him to get away with this. Copy By: Professor Fabian Osuji 7 Likes

PrinceOfLagos: Every time you people always talk about making someone popular bla bla bla as if popularity is not subjective. Remember that the Devil is equally popular. Except you've make up your mind for Obi if not reading through Soludo's write up will definitely change your stance on Obi. Who should know Obi better than his brother & paramountly one of his successors. |

A person like you who hates Obi is the one that will tell us what to accept or reject about Obi... Hahahaa. Are you daft? Despite all the dirty revelations about Tinubu you have stuck to him for reasons which revolve around ethnic or party affiliation and stomach infrastructure. That you support a man with such unsavoury history and dubious present tells us more about you than him. FYI dumb urchin. Soludo has not forgiven Obi for supporting his opponents on both his attempts to be governor. If you were able to keep abreast with political history in this country you would have known this. But urchins are so busy fighting for space up Amoda's ass Aufbauh: 1 Like |

It's actually because of people like you that make Soludo to wipe Pitopi wotoporiously without mercy. Soludo was aggravated by online militants/bandits who are predominately neophytes in politics. He equally said that Obi supporters are mob without heads so they cannot reason. I sympathize and empathize with those emotive nzogbu nzogbu dancers. Ndo! VULCAN: |

Aufbauh: He didn't need OBIDIENTS to attack Obi, his been doing that for over a decade. The didnt need OBIDIENTS to lock horns with Andy Ubah or Ifeanyi Ubah. He did same to Dora. The unsuspecting public will cheer him on only to come back and use it against him. Moreover I expect him to finish his write-up and his accusations... |
