Urgent note

To all clients:

Because DSTV find our avatar server satellite TP, and stop the TP from W3A satellite, so we have to change the Satellite TP now. This work need about 1 week to 10 days to do it, please patient to wait some days and hope engineers find solution to it as soon as possible.

Keep in touch, any news I will inform you at once.

both of them are new products in the market here in africa, and they even have same shape and same size,
share the-same servers (W3A, W6 n NSS7)
but i guess the software in side them are not the-same.
do u have it? and is it still working

@Newton av u tried d w6 nd NSS7 servers? am currently away frm home so I cant experiment. dis avtr company beta find a lasting solution to dis menace, those using mbox, does it freeze or skip as usual? even with high signal on w3?

yes have did what u say, but both satellite need @least 1.5m dish bcoz we are out of the coverage area, even W3A need 1.1 to 1.2m for a better signals.

hello Newton can i track w6 and muliti tv on the same dish i am using 1.8 m

it seems that the avatar dongle has gone be dat,because i was told from china today that it would take more time to fix the problem this time.

i spoke with an agent and he told me that the are changing transponder and need about a week
that we should have patience it will work

yeah its posible. first track west6 and track astra 28,2e from ur tripod.
