Hi fam, am really in trouble with my self, the way i cosume alcohool is alarming i really need to stop anything alco to enter my system. If i continue at this rate i might be as good as nothing. . Pls any tip on how to stop, pls help out. 3days now nothing like it in my system which is the longest duration for the past 7yrs. Really need to win this addiction . BY GOD'S GRACE.

Keep your mind occupied with something else and also, avoid anything that might make you near alcohol.

Alternative way is to read and watch videos of people with health issues due to alcohol consumption. That will surely make you have a rethink.
