The APC's presidential candidate Bola Tinubu was in Ebonyi State yesterday to campaign and commissioning of projects.

However, during his speech, he said so many incoherent and incompressible words that are unrelated and meaningless.

You could hear him say pay roasted corn pay electricity, etc.
