MTN would give me 4G bonus data when I subscribe to be used 11pm-6am, but my data will be draining when I browse my YouTube app within the stated hours. This is cheating.

That's what they do.

Because of that, I mostly leave the YouTube bonus data until I exhaust my normal data.
Network providers are really reaping us in this country.

But I do use the YouTube bonus even during the day, like now sef

But that night sub is the issue, they will be deducting my main data together with the night sub

Thank God i didn’t use my, I have to called them on Friday if they will not cut my data by using the YouTube midnight data , they said no, but I can’t trust MTN with my data ,

Lol. They charge from both your regular data and the YouTube bonus.

They are very dubious.

I was able to use to my YouTube data bonus at midnight but I ensured there is no active data plan on my mtn line. You can watch and also download with the YouTube app.

How about putting your phone to airplane mode for like a minute or two once it's a few minutes past 11pm and back on and then turn on the data mode. Try this to see if it helps.

They have stopped the 4g bonus. I just recharged and it is not there.
