*Who Dares Challenge the Autographs of New Nigeria?*

POEM Reiterates...

It has been one circuitous voyage too many for Peter Obi in the political waters inhabiting all manners of sharks and crocodiles. True to type, they have shown jagged saw-like teeth, diving about and employing sundry tactics to browse and bruise the gentleman, yet God stands by him.

In July, 2022, the presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress, APC, Senator Bola Ahmed Tinubu could not camouflage his stiff heart in publicly cursing his brothers who are in Labour Party, LP; "They said some are in Labour, they will remain labourers till death." But typical of his calm mien, Peter Obi replied and reassured the people; "There is dignity in labour." As simple as that! Then Nigerians saw what each man saw in Labour; one, death and the other, dignity!

In December, 2014 former Lagos Governor, Raji Fashola spewed; "A serious government will fix power problem in six months". Good enough, even when the ministry of power came under his belt as minister, Fashola did not fix power in six months, not even in six years, meaning that the APC government isn't a serious one. Same month Nasiru El-Rufai, ex Abuja landlord said; "Jonathan should resign if he has no solution to the violence being unleashed on some parts of the country". Ladies and gentlemen, who is the governor of Kaduna State today where terror is drinking people like water? He is yet to resign!

In March, 2016, Tony Momoh, an APC stalwart said; "Stone us (APC) if we do not perform after two years." It has been seven years and heading to the eighth, and indeed stones are landing on every APC roof and head. Yet they are shamelessly asking for votes again. What do they discuss in their meetings today? Peter Obi, the people's choice, of course. What an eclipse!

In October, 2011, Muhammadu Buhari, then scavenging for power and red with bouts of failed attempts, uttered;
"The only solution to the present political uncertainty in the country is for the National Assembly to set machineries in motion for the impeachment of ailing President Umaru Musa Yar'Adua". Well, Nigerians can tell between Buhari and Yar'Adua who was a frequent global presidential hospital tourist, yet no one has impeached him till date. Of course, a rubber stamp senate would not dare!

In December, 2014, Raji Fashola dropped;
"Why is the Nation's currency, the Naira, now trading for N180 per dollar while South African Rand is trading at R11 to one US dollar?" Fellow Nigerians, does Fashola need a diviner to tell him where the dollar is today?

Since Obi declared for the presidency, it was like an oasis split into three and one clear fraction was surging right ahead of two, courtesy, the organic followership he pulls nationwide. Then the old brigade rose to cajole and demarket him with religious and ethnic diatribes. But you know what? The harder they come, the harder they fall.

Presidential debates have been slated and only Obi showed stuff. Provocative interrogations have been reeled out by journalists and he showed class, yet. And of course, his state governor, for whatever intentions, became an acerbic traducer, yet the man of the people is coasting ahead in conquest because he knows the heartbeat of Nigeria at the moment.

Just to frustrate the Labour Party rally in the ancient city of Ibadan, Obi's campaign aeroplane was refused take off from the airport on Wednesday. Could this have been targeted at exposing him to the dangerous Ibadan express road or some other hidden schemes? Maybe it was just a way of making him to disappoint the crowd or at least arrive terribly late, thereby incurring the wrath of the people. Well, after that incident, millions of followers were evidently added to his crowd same day.

Is there any tortuous cycle that Peter Obi and Yusuf Datti have not been put through? Propagandists and election riggers, the next stage of persecution is obviously yours and we are sure you are standing by, but you know what? It is not going to be the usual election next year. You have got to read the handwriting now or rue it; Nigerians are all out; no retreat, no surrender. It is going to be ballot revolution. Nigerians have got the Obi-Datti autographs and no amount of dissuasion can stop us!
