Is it legal for the Electricity Distribution to take away your wire after disconnected your light? The wire you bought by yourself ,I thought they can only disconnect you from using Electricity but why do they always take away wires and as us to use money to collect the wire we bought by ourselves . Wire that is not their property? What do you think on that ? |
