How you people blame Ukraine for the destruction Russia started and can end whenever they want never ceases to confuse me. But even in the midst of destruction the Ukrainians have shown themselves to be a brave people who refused to be bullied.

Meanwhile, Russia is experiencing its own form of Ruins if you don't know. Tens of thousands of Russian soldiers ruined by death or injury. Economic and Social Ruins like never before. Even their reputation as a global power has been ruined (they have been unable to overtake Ukraine in over nine months and have been pushed out of major captured cities.

Support from allies like China, India and even Belarus is being ruined.

Putin's reputation at home is getting ruined with the initial protests and other more recent dwindling of support.

There are ruins and there are ruins.

Putin May win some battles but I am willing to bet that He will not win this war. In fact, He has already lost.

May be this is not entirely false. Soldiers will definitely freeze to death on both sides. This is a war. Troops will be stranded or Trapped. The cold will kill soldiers, but not significantly.

The Russians and the Ukrainians are not from the middle east where the temperature is high. Some Russian troops are from the artic (Siberia). The current temperature in Ukraine is child's play compare to the temperature in some part of Russia.

The idea that Russia send thousands of troops to Ukraine to freeze and die is false. In fact if as little as 5% of the Russian troops freeze to death in Ukraine. There will be consequences for the leadership in Russia.

The issue is that Russia did not prepare for a war, they prepared for a special military operation that was supposed to last for a maximum of two weeks. Secondly, the newer conscripts were dressed in OLDER uniforms that are not as effective for cold insulation.

Unfortunately, the Ukrainians are getting more than enough supplies of the winter camouflages from the west.
