CJN, you lack wisdom if up till now you don't know WHY? Injustice, corruption system etc led more people to court. |

Blue3k:The Judiciary is synonymous to Justice in a court of law esp when the normal conflict resolution path is not yielding any solution! Every case no matter how trivial is imperative and must be heard in court! As for hiring a thousand judges to hear and give justice to irrelevant cases as you are erroneously alluding to,that is why the justice system is there in the first place and that should be the least of your problem! Simple! |

openmine: Lol, you're very silly. Out-of-court settlements happen because in civil matters the court doesn't have to be sought. Other forms of conflict resolution yield solutions unless you want to pretend out court settlement also don't happen. No they don't have to be held in court unless they're criminal matters. Again if you can pull of the feat of every trivial matter being heard in court continues on your quest. |

Blue3k:Like i said ab initio that is the least of your worries as trivial matters will be brought before the court esp when they believe they want and can get justice! Out of court settlement as an option can be activated when both parties decide to willingly go down that path....However not everyone goes through that route! Hence the court is always their last hope no matter how inconsequential the matter is or sounds to a non-silly personality like U! |

That’s not true. The common man cannot go to court because he knows he can’t get justice. Nigerian judgeses sell judgements to the the rich. In developed countries, the courts protects the poor against the rich. Moreover, it is the politicians that have flooded the courts with cases using state funds to prosecute their cases. In most cases, they are indirectly encouraged by judges because of bribes they expect. That’s is why today, it is alleged that about 60-70 percent of cases in courts, are political cases. The Chief Justice should not pretend not to know. |
Re: Nigerians Go To Court Over Every Little Disagreement - Justice Ariwoola by Blue3k(m): 9:06pm On Nov 28, 2022 |
openmine: Not everyone goes court route either hence why the alternatives exist. Again not worried because I told you good luck on your mission. Glad you admitted all these alternatives exist. The justice is right most of these trivial issues should die at the appeals court. |

post=118754079:This type of politics places too much power on the region and weakens the center, this was why the Macpherson constitution couldn't stand the test of time. |
Re: Nigerians Go To Court Over Every Little Disagreement - Justice Ariwoola by openmine(m): 9:49pm On Nov 28, 2022 |
Blue3k:Options will definitely exist depending on the willingness of the parties to go down that route! However,if the aggrieved parties/people choose the court of law as their only option to settle their trivial or inconsequential disputes then your likes should not mock or frown at them! |

Nigerians Go To Court Over Every Little Disagreement Not enough, actually. Lies and fabrications are ruining the image of the country and lives. Nigerians and Nigeria need to even take litigation further by charging to court vloggers and social media content providers that upload disempowering contents on Nigeria that are outright lies. |

backnbeta:. Honestly, I never knew this man is an ignorant fellow. He isn't a reader and he isn't well travelled. He has a very small mind. If not how on earth would he say that? Nigerians that don't even use the courts because they don't work. Honestly the sort of people running this country is an apology. |
