Yes. Ketakonazole is for skin infections, rashes etc. it kills it from inside and the tube cream clears it off skin.

you're absolutely correct. Inflammatory acne is caused by a bacteria called propiono bacteria acne and requires extended use of specific antibacterials for complete resolution. I take it that those prescribing ketoconazole which is antifungal are not trained medical doctors. It's unethical for a qualified medical doctor to come to a public forum and prescribe drugs

I advise you go for proper diagnosis. I am advising that because I don't want to rush Into hasty conclusion without proper diagnosis to know the root cause.
