You are just too funny , so its everything you see that is a scam ....so you can't tell a scam when you see one abi ? how can you say the program is a scam thereby misleading people and spoiling their chances of benefitting from the awesome opportunity . Please guys this program is not a scam i can attest to that fact . and i know about seven(7) persons that are benficiaries of the program so lets not be misguided by negative mindset people .

You do not pay for the application , you only pay for online proficiency test enrollment , after taking the test , you can now download your gurantors form . the process is very easy .

Like how much am I expected to pay?

The program is not a scam. There's one done by Delta state government but my question is, is this the legit site/portal for applying?

Or are scammers just using the program as a bait/smokescreen?

The program is legit it has state and federal goverment categories ....RYSA Nigeria is for Nigerians , while RYSA Delta is limited to just Delta states indrgenes . but they are all Rural Youth Skill Acquisition Program RYSA.

Are the questions related to the particular skills the candidate have applied for or is it a general knowledge test question ?

I sense scam in this program by bad actors. The online proficiency test is supposed to be free. I found out on the BRGHT IQ test, their IQ is offered for free.

It's just 500 naira. You could give it a try. Except if it's not just about the money.

My own concern is that I guess someone that is in a full time employment cannot participate?

When will they start their shortlisting?

Please, how can I get my Proficiency Test Results. I did the test sometime ago but I couldn't remember the site on which I did it. More so, my results were not sent to me too.
