I almost blinded my right eye while playing with a rubber band. The pain was terrible that day and I went to a corner and started crying. The eye was blood red for about 2hours before it became a bit normal. I avoided eye contact with my mum when she returned that evening for her not to notice......What saved me that day was that my mum was in the shop, she always warned me not to play with rubber band but I didn't listen. Since that day till now I hate touching rubber bands. I don't like it whenever I see children playing with it.
