You don't know if someone has an injury on his hair. For example. He has a cut while shaving. There's actually no way most barber can sterilize their brush or they don't even do it. Perhaps HIV virus cannot survive outside that long. It'll die off. But imagine if an infected person made use of the brush and the Barber applied same on you when you're making a shaved on his shop. There's a huge chance of transmission. So get your own brush. E no cost anything

wounds caused by clippers, burst head/cheek bumps or swollen pimples burst by a clipper could spill blood. Once this happens, the barber could pack it with brush unknowingly when removing some trimmed hair from the head or cheek with the brush. He'd use the same brush stained with blood on the next customer, definitely.
