By rapture I'm sure you mean ascension to the sky because the rapture has taken place.

Well, Ezekiel 9:4 and Mathew 3:12 were clearly NOT talking about rapture no matter how you read them.
So we are left with Thessalonians 4:17. If you read from verse 13 you'd get the picture. People alive then were expecting that they'd all see the second comming. Problem was, some of them died (as people normally die) in the meantime. So they anxiously wrote asking Paul how this could be since they were all supposed to experience it. Thessalonians 4:17 was Paul's way of consoling and encouraging them.

Not every prophetic revelation is from God. Prophetic revelation about Obama is not the Gospel of Christ. Centuries ago, you and Obama were not in existence and centuries to come your memories will also be forgotten. So concentrate in propagating the gospel and work out your salvation.
