Give Back A Portion 2022; To God ALONE BE ALL The Glory Part 2

You don't need to be elected to touch lives

To give little is better than not giving at all

Last week Monday & Tuesday (5th&6th Dec,2022), I embarked on my annual program themed "Give Back A Portion". A program I started since 2019 when I got appointed as an aide to the speaker, house of representatives, Rt hon Femi Gbajabiamila. A position I got through the recommendation of Hon Olubunmi Tunji-Ojo also known as BTO( house of Rep Member, Akoko Northeast/Northwest & Chairman, House Committee on NDDC) . my intention when I got to Abuja in 2019 was to make maximum use of the office to impact my people back home ( My Place of work & My constituency) regardless of the take home and to the glory of God, we have been able to achieve that, between September 2019 and December 2022, we have been able to facilitate 4 employments opportunities for young people well known to everyone, gave cash grants to women, gave different food items to the elderly and women, gave different household items , and gave mega items like motorcycle to ( A former Ward Chairman) , an Honda Car to ( One of the Core BTO loyalists, A great BTO Ambassador to celebrate BTO's birthday in May this year) And a 200-seater capacity faculty library to ( my alma mater , Adeyemi University of Education, Ondo) ALL these are given to people that will never be able to pay me back. Last week, we gave out 1 thermocool chest Freezer to (a former PDP Woman Leader ), 2 smart phones to two women, one from Igbara Oke and one from Ijare (who are two former SDP Women leaders) 2 standing fans to (two APC Unit grassroots Chairmen/Cordinator) , 450 Food packs that contained rice, beans, garri, spaghetti, semo, maggi, salt and money were shared and 100 packs of cooked food given to street beggars.

The highlights of the 2022 give back a portion for me was our ability to feed over a 100 beggars on the streets with food, drinks and stipends. The smiles on their faces was enough validation that we are blessed to be a blessing. These pictures are shared today to inspire someone to replicate same to others.

For us, you don't need to be elected to touch lives and you don't need to earn much to give,

To give little is better than not giving at all.
Be a blessing
Be a reason someone smiles every day
Be an answered prayers
Be kind , Be generous
*Give your little, it does matter to those who have nothing!*

See you in 2023 by God's Grace, Untill then, keep giving!

Have a great weekend ahead!
