I still have one little question.....
Coming back to Nigeria might not be an issue but will it be easier getting a work or study visa in Nigeria enroute to Sweden again and I heard you can get that if you go out of the country to a neighboring one and start processing from there, how true is that?
Your input will be highly appreciated sir, I don tire to stay for this country, I want a decent and comfy life for myself and family...what route should I take to achieving that ?

bro, I don't know. I have never applied for a Swedish visa before, my advice is based on my understanding of EU immigration laws, since they are all operating under uniformity, so what applies to one usually will apply to the other.

But what I will tell you from my experience is that the Nordic countries are notable for their accurate applicabilities of laws. if you meet the requirement for their visa, you will get it. No need for praying, panicking, and appeasing any oracle, just thoroughly read their immigration laws and meet the stipulated requirements.

There are two options.

1. When you come, wait for your visa to expire and apply for asylum. You'll be given accommodation and monthly tips to survive while your case is under investigation.

Chances are that your asylum will be denied. But here is the thing. You'll be given a card that exempt you from carrying a work permit. This means you can work while waiting for asylum decision.

If you work for 4 months and pay tax, your employer will help you file in for work permit once your asylum case is denied. You'll be granted 2 years work permit. However, your salary must be a minimum of 13,500 SEK.

2. Look for someone and impregnant. That's faster. You must not marry her.When your baby mama gives birth, go to immigration and apply for permission to stay based on that.

You can't do black job here. It's hard to find. And the job must not be underground as you defined it, because you can't pay tax with underground jobs.

There are a lot of things you can seek asylum on. Google is your friend. Its not what we can discuss on public thread.

You cant extend in Sweden, you will have to go back to Nigeria. The only exception is actually really hard. And it is that you got married to an EU citizen (not a Swedish citizen), then your immigration status will be irrelevant since the law regarding the preservation of family supersedes immigration laws.
