I always come across people here asking "what did Peter Obi do?", "What did Tinubu do?", "What did Atiku do?". But the problem with these questions is that there is no well structured way of evaluating the candidates and coming up with the right conclusions. So what procedures can we use to make more accurate evaluations? I would like to recommend a template which we can use to make a fair evaluation.

When asking what a candidate did while holding a previous public office we have to consider what opportunities and resources the candidate had during his tenure in office. In mathematical terms let's say a candidate XXXX had 30 units worth of resources and opportunities at his disposal to do things and he only delivered 10 units worth of governance dividend to the people, while another candidate YYYY had 8 units worth of resources and opportunities and then delivered 6 units worth of governance dividends to the people, it is clear and obvious that candidate YYYY has performed better than candidate XXXX considering the resources and opportunities both candidates had at their disposal.

Using this template who among the top presidential candidates do you think achieved more?

Management of resources and the propensity to raise the bar in basic and elementary education while working to make sure that People are not stealing or sabotaging the effort of the government will solve all the issues within governance and public policy.

There is a lot of ways we can do this but it will never be ok for all of us because of our diversity.
