A reputable catering company in Lekki, Marwa needs the services of a Kitchen Supervisor


Your duties will include the following;

Receiving bulk orders and efficiently assigning cooks to fulfil said orders in a timely manner

Managing inventory so that all necessary ingredients are well stocked

Ensuring all items needed for events are complete and accurate

Implementing hygiene policies and examining equipment for cleanliness.

Delegating various tasks to the appropriate kitchen staff

Assigning various tasks to the correct staff to ensure optimal kitchen operations

Assist in receiving and unloading merchandise.

Keep the Manager informed of low inventory conditions as well as maintain accurate inventory levels and take periodic product inventory

Perform other duties and assignments as directed



Should reside in Lagos, preferably on the island.

Experience in the food/catering business is a MUST!!!
