Why your staff never listen...

When they do something wrong, you talk about it everytime. You even ridicule them with it at every opportunity.

Thinking that it will help them change.

It will not.

They will reduce you to that mad woman or man has come again with his or her rant.

That is why Anti-crime has never been able to stop crime.

For a change

Catch them doing something right and commend them publicly and privately.

Talk about it repeatedly as you would when they had done something wrong.

But wait... wouldn't that get into her head?

No it won't.

It will make them will appreciated and thereby re-enforcing the good behaviour that got them the praise.

Other staffs too will want to follow in that step.

In as much as you don't condone bad habit encourage good habits as well.

So always have the reward that cuts both ways-positive and negative.

So do you want staffs that listens?

Practice this.

Hello Business Owner/Employers,

It's the Christmas season/end of the year again, please pay your employees their December salary before Christmas, and if you're kind enough add a bonus to their salary.

You're not doing your employees any favour by paying them December salary before Christmas.

Your employees have sacrificed and committed so much towards the growth and success of your business, kindly add a bonus to their December salary.

Thank you.
