I should them evidence of payment and they told me they did not see my payment and should go and make another payment.then I noticed they are scammers. they have access to my data and I don't want my image to be ruined. how can I prevent them from getting access to my data? please someone should help me

Send ur receipt to the agent chatting you,as evidence that you've paid back the mone.They must have had access to it already. Next time,take loan from bank instead of shark loan.

I have sent the evidence of payment to them many times to them. their customer care representatives are the most stupid people have ever heard of. notorious people

They're many scam loan apps at the moment


Even when you pay the total loan+interest, they'd still threaten you.

How did you come to the conclusion that they are scammers?

The likely problem is that they may be having difficulty tracing your payment because they receive payment from hundreds of different people everyday.

Next time when making payment it's better you process it using your ATM card so that it will be properly captured but if you want to make payment through a third party then you must make sure you quote your unique identifier number or code so that it will be easy to trace your payment when doing reconciliation
