This December I received a message from a farm I was planning to patronize for the festive period only to be told a full goat is N32,000 I then negotiated for N30,000 and sent the money. Then I instructed them to include potatoes to the equation, so it all comes at once. A total of N40,000 including transportation which I was told originally is N2,000 then later told to add N2,000 making transportation N4,000.

I listed the item and made respective payment only to be posted continuously for three days. Ha Christmas day nothing arrived so I visit the paid and discover I have been blocked. I call their number and then I am told they don’t sell a single goat it has to be two goats I should add an addition N20,000. I now asked the one I paid for I didn’t receive I should now add additional money isn’t that foolishness?

They now send me the same fraudulent account number to and the person is pleading with me to pay. I said no send the one I have paid for or send my money back. Na that one we dey drag since morning.

So there is new information. The person is claiming i should pay another N5,000 to get a letter of invitation to come to their farm to collect the cash meanwhile i was asked to pay the money online. when payment was made.

There are criminals everywhere... transacting online is very dangerous these days.. its better to do things physically where u will see what u are buying b4 paying. Nairaland is a example of a place where one must be careful b4 transacting with anybody.. cos certain percentage of people here are fraudsters. What has happened can never be undone but u have learnt ur lessons. That will give u heads up next time.

Until I hear Adamu's side of story, he is still an alleged scammer and this can ruin his business.
Anybody that knows Adamu should tell him we are waiting for his side of story.
