I learnt a lot this year... I know how to do my waka next year... Nobody send anybody ooo... Even wife even mama even siblings not to even talk friends... I have seen too many

Seems like the mother was the one collecting the rents and managing the property while the son was struggling in South Africa and not sending any money home to help out to maintain his mother and the building. Plus the mother had the resources to mobilize the police to cool his heels in jail for 13 hours. You already know money talks with our police. The mother is getting up there in age so she may be tired of the responsibility but will not give it to an irresponsible son looking to quickly cash out without putting any work in. Plus many ppl with funds were traveling during the height of the pandemic. The son just sounds like a broke n-word to me.
