Is It Okay To Live At Alagbado And Work At Ikeja?? by jamxsmosxs: 1:52pm On Dec 30, 2022
Hello everyone.
Complements of the season.

Please I need you guys advice.
I work at GRA ikeja, close to pwd bus stop, and I currently stay in a shared apartment at Maryland. Recently the whole tenants were told to leave because they sold the house. The problem now is that Maryland and places around have become very expensive to live in. I'm thinking of moving to places like ipaja or alagbado where you can get a miniflat flat for between 300 and 350k. The thing now is that I don't know what it will be like working at Ikeja and living at those places, so if you guys have an idea about what the distance is like, I'll really appreciate your opinions.

Thank you.

I advice you get a mini flat at Ojota/Olusosun/oregun axis instead, rents are not so expensive and they are still close to GRA.

Ipaja, alagbado n co, just be prepared for holdup or better still have plan of entering Brt. Another option is for you to get apartment around Shogunle, Mafoluku and Oshodi. Shogunle is the opposite side of GRA and it's the closest but it's not a good place to train children sha.

I thought about those places, but when I checked, their prices are on a high side too, so I don't even know what to do.

Thanks. Maybe I'll check to see how mafoluku is. Sogunle is close to where I work and it's really not a good place.

What about Ketu/mile 12? Or onipanu Bariga side?

Alagbado is too far, the traffic and transport cost. It will eventually even out.
