First and foremost, I am grateful to God I made it this far, against all odd. I was able to pay off 99 percent of the WAEC money of some students I used earlier (installmentally). Just the loan sharks and loans given by some friends left. And also to work on people trusting me again. Knowing some people died in 2022 despite their piety or affluence, I am grateful

However there are some addictions I hope to end with this year.

1) gambling - be it zoom, booking games, horse/dog race, virtual etc. It's been over seven years crippled by it. Hopefully my story will change. I will resume church activities next year

2) wreckless spending on sugary things (that may be associated to my intermittent numb feet and constant urination) and also patronising junk from road side (like pork and exposed suya) which may be messing with my health. It also drains finance a little

3) masturbation - well I can't promise much on this, but I will reduce it to 50 percent. Before now, I just do it for the fun of it. Hopefully I will do it occasionally now (probably when I have a headache and need to induce sleep or extremely Hot to avoid abusing someone)

4) visiting brothels - this has been bothering me lately. Any little signs of sickness I begin to feel I may have contracted std. Though I always used protection, but it got me thinking: what if condoms used there were recycled? What if the process of pulling the rubber I infected my hand and ate with it? What if the day an olosho pricked my dick with her long nails while trying to fix the condom on my dick I was infected? What if when one climbed cowgirl and her hair entered my mouth during ride I caught the flu or when I shared bed with victims.......

I will do HIV test early next year and start afresh
